And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof

Yahweh our Father created mankind out of His own desire and pleasure. That means creating mankind was a very good idea, irrespective of how things appear today (Genesis 1:31, Jeremiah 29:11). Being man (a creature in Yahweh's own image) was already so gracious. But to be given the privilege of governing the universe was simply amazing. An aspect of Yahweh's image in mankind is free will which was also necessary for divine fellowship. The condition of being free to be in charge and yet being freely under Yahweh has been the conflict of kingdom stewardship. Whenever people discover liberty, they step into the conflict of submission in liberty. This conflict has cost mankind his blissful life in this universe, but Yahweh is unrelenting to restore everything back. This is the foundation to the salvation story in the entire scriptures.
I am glad I am in the image of Yahweh. I choose to joyfully submit the liberty of my free will to His forever in Jesus' Name.
