For our newer followers and to drum the truth into all of us, we often revisit some important subjects like this week's. Generally, a steward is one who has the privilege and responsibility of managing something on behalf of another. It means being entrusted with the duty of taking care of, protecting, and putting to appropriate or beneficial use, that which has been entrusted to him according to the master's will. From the scripture above, dominion over Yahweh's created universe was entrusted to mankind making him a steward of God's reign or kingdom in the universe. That means Yahweh gave mankind authority over the universe, to function for Him or under His overarching authority. (Luke 12:42-43, Acts 20:28, Genesis 1:26, Genesis 2:17).
Thank You, Father, for showing me this truth. I declare today that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, in Jesus' Name.
