Once you learn to enjoy your personal life by thinking well, eating well and resting well, move on to learn to enjoy your wife or husband. Again, it is useless not to enjoy the wife or husband you have married. What are you looking or waiting for? The wife you have now, is the best you can have. Enjoy her now! The husband you have now, is the best you can have, enjoy him now. You weren't blind before marriage. That is really the lady or really the gentleman. Enjoy him or her. The grass only appears green elsewhere but if you are put there, you will see it as yellowish. The greenest pasture is your spouse, feast there. Yes, I know there are "real" challenges for some people, but the solution starts when you realize that the one you have is the best and position yourself to enjoy him or her.
