TRUE LEADERSHIP

Though the bestowal of bishopric comes through many ways, every leadership must be true. True leadership is one where the leader is personally aware of receiving from Dad. Any leadership role in which the leader cannot confidently say that Daddy made him or her thus, is 'false' leadership. For instance, someone may be asked to oversee something or some people in Church because there is a need or a skill is noticed. Yet the person cannot relate with that service as something his Dad in Christ entrusted to him. That is not true leadership and over time, will have carnal problems. In the case of Paul, though the elders in Antioch appointed him (Acts 13:2), he knew it was a personal assignment from God. That is true leadership.
