The EmancipatorYOU HAVE A CHRISTIAN VISION
And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead

Let us start the Christian vision series by awakening you to the truth that you have a Christian vision. Many are not aware, but whether you are aware or not, your entire Christian life is driven by a certain Christian vision that you have. A Christian vision refers to an internal perspective or framework developed by your understanding or interpretation of what being in Christ today is about and where you expect it to go in the future. For the Apostle Paul, with all that he was doing in Christ, he was doing his best (1 Corinthians 9:17-27), believing to finish well (2 Timothy 4:7) by helping people to turn towards God (repent) because there was coming an era (a day) in which God will judge all men by Jesus Christ and he will receive a crown of righteousness (2 Timothy 4:8). Take a few minutes to reflect on what you deeply believe this whole thing about believing in Christ is all about, and where it is going and note it down.
