The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory

Truly, the Holy Spirit in sons of God is woefully "underutilized". For instance, the average son of God is not seeing in spirit, which is a spiritual tragedy. I am not referring to prophetic sight by gifts or visions, trances or dreams but literal sight in spirit, in the Word. People often wonder what I mean when I get into this area. But the truth is, being born of the Spirit, we are spirit (John 3:6) and the spirit realm (heaven) is our native world. Thus seeing, hearing and interacting in that realm should be natural. But this is not so with many. That is unhelpful for a people called to manifest a spirit kingdom in this physical world.
The missing link is the spiritually intelligent interaction with the Holy Spirit along those lines. There is a dimension of His ministry referred to as the spirit of wisdom and revelation (verse 17), which when engaged (and I'll show you how tomorrow), results in the illumination of the sight of one's deep thought to see (become aware of) scriptural truth. Dear Father, I refuse to underutilize Your presence, power and oneness with me. I open up to maximize our union, to see naturally the spirit, in Jesus' Name.
