The EmancipatorFGM ACADEMY EXPERIENCE (1) — IT IS PURPOSE-DEFINING
By God's grace, I was born into a Christian home, went to church all my life, kept to the rules, read the Bible, and did devotions. I was also on a journey of growth with others, learning and discovering. But it gets to a point when you ask, "Where are we headed?" Because in the long run, when you look around at those who have been in church for long, they seem to sing the same song as those who have not been in church. They fall sick, are hit by things that affects any other persons and then die. There is no clear difference between the world and a Christian apart from the fact that Christians go to church. At the end of the day, we all say, "It is well. Jesus will come and carry all of us away". But deep down in your spirit, you know that this is not it, (there is more).
This is where the FGM Academy did it for me. Purpose has truly been defined. There is clarity. Now, I know the path on which I am. I can boldly say that, yes, I have been called to a certain path, and I am sticking to the path, and I am working on it. It is easier to walk the path when you know where you are going. But when you are unsure where it leads, you take a step forward and you relax or even take a step backwards sometimes. But when you know that this is where I am going, things become clearer, and that is why I thank God for you, Dr. Bindan.
