IMMORTALITY, NOTHING BUT THE WORD

When we speak of our immortality in Jesus Christ, some people want to know what to do to become immortal. Deathlessness is not a scientific ambition, it is a gift in Jesus, the Christ. Jesus the Christ, entered His own world, and squarely faced the spirit being that was bamboozling all humanity with the weapon of death (Hebrews 2:14-15). In the wisdom of dying on the cross, He paralyzed him and cancelled death. It didn't end there, He flooded the universe with eternal life (life and incorruption). God has made it clear that He gave eternal life to this world through Jesus, the Christ (1 John 5:11). So how can one receive eternal life and live immortally? It is through the gospel (2 Timothy 1:10). Once you receive the gospel of the kingdom of Jesus, the Christ, you must know and walk in the reality of your immortality. But like the people John addressed in 1 John 5:13, if one has Christ and doesn't know he has eternal life, he will accept death and will sleep only to awake at the sound of the trump of His return. In Christ, you are deathless and only God's Word is the proof, not human works.
