WHAT SHOULD I DO?

For someone who knows that the appointment he is in was "by force" because of a certain physical qualification but does not really have it as from Dad, you may be asking, "What should I do?". First, realize that the Holy Spirit is not an author of confusion so do not act disorderly. Talk with Daddy as you listen from your heart to be sure it is not because of fear, inferiority complex, offenses, workload etc., that you feel your appointment is by force. Sometimes it may feel so, but it is providence at work. But if after your personal assessment, you are at peace that it is not Dad's appointment, approach your leadership in honour, love and respect and discuss with them the way forward for your replacement.
